1. Preparation: Ensure your skin is clean and damp. This helps the scrub to work more effectively.
2. Application: Take 1-2 tablespoons of the coffee body scrub and apply it to your skin. Use more water to create milky emulsion if needed.
3. Massage: Gently rub the scrub in a circular motion. Focus on areas that need extra exfoliation, like elbows, knees, and feet.
4. Rinse: Rinse off thoroughly with warm water. Be careful if you’re in the shower, as the oils in the scrub can make the floor slippery.
5. Moisturize: After rinsing, pat your skin dry and apply a moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated.
